<aside> 👋 Hello, my name is Nicklas and I am 26 years old. I have a background in business and computer science and I am seeking a Founder’s Associate position starting in ~September, preferably in Berlin/Munich. On this page you can find a summary of my recent experiences and accomplishments and more specifically what I am looking for. During my studies I've discovered a passion for the dynamic and innovative world of startups and am currently seeking a new opportunity in this sector.
Why Founder’s Associate? My time as a Founder's Associate at Pina Earth during my Masters was a great experience. I loved the variety of tasks and the challenge of tackling new problems. I'm a generalist at heart – I enjoy learning new things, collaborating across teams, and keeping a bird's eye view of how everything connects.
I am open to different industries, having previously worked in climate-tech, SaaS, and as a VC, where I evaluated numerous AI, software, and energy startups. What matters most to me is finding a team where our values align and where we can build a positive working relationship.
What are my expectations? My goal is to get a good understanding on how to build a company from a business and also technical perspective. I'm eager to learn how to create scalable systems and processes that can support growth. In a few years, I could see myself founding my own company and want to establish a solid foundation for that.
I know that the Founder's Associate role is very hands-on and involves a wide range of tasks. I'm ready to jump in and do whatever it takes to help the company succeed!
